The Website provides information regarding the services offered by Laruni & Asociados, promotions, activities, and other content of general interest. Accessing or using the Website constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in accordance with Article 1803 of the Mexican Federal Civil Code. Acceptance of These Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the Website whether the User acquires or contracts any services offered by Laruni & Asociados the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, without limitation or qualification, to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website and refrain from accessing it in the future.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the User acknowledges and agrees that Laruni & Asociados may, with or without prior notice:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico, and the parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction.
